Luxurios 5 bedroom on suite villa with private walk in covered heated swimming-pool and garden. Situated in a residential area, 2 minutes walk from the beach
The villa can fit in between 10-14 people, as stated, distributed in 5 bedrooms en suite. The villa has two floors. The ground floor offers three bedrooms, (one of them with a king size bed and the other two have twin beds), the second floor is dedicated to the Master bedroom, bathroom and dressing room, all decorated in an Egyptian style. This bedroom offers a king size bed.
In the garden, you will find the Granny house, which is the 5th bedroom of the house, with its bathroom and two single beds, decorated in an Andalusian style.
In order to accommodate 14 persons, since the house has 5 rooms (accommodating 2 persons in each room which would mean 10 persons), we add 4 extra beds distribuited in the rooms, in order to accommodate a total of 14 persons confortably.
The 5 bedrooms of the villa have en-suite bathrooms and 4 of these bathrooms are complete, having, W.C, bidet, washing basin, bath and shower. The 5th bathroom of the villa has W.C, washing basin and shower.
The villa also offers on the ground floor, a main lounge and dinning area with chimney, TV, satellite TV, Hi-fi with CD player and a second lounge also offers a chimney, 21" TV, Playstation 1 with games,
Intenet Adsl, Dvd and video and a selection of 200 DVD’s for our guests to view and a collection of books in our library for you to read and exchange, free telephone for local calls.
The kitchen is also situated in the ground floor and leads to a covered porch. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine, 2 fridge/freezers, coffe maker, toaster, heaters, deep fat fryer, glass hob hob, gas hob and electric grill and small electrical appliances, as well as delph and cutlery for 14 people.
In the garden you will find the walk in covered heated pool, swings, slide and an exterior ping-pong table as well as a brick build BBQ and sitting area and 14 sun beds, sun cushions, beach towels, garden shower with hot & cold water, music in garden area, inflatables for the swimming-pool, swimngs and slide for the children.
Although there is no parking problems in the outside of the villa, the same also offers a covered garage.
The villa offers in all areas air conditioning (Hot & cold) and fitted fans in all rooms.

Rental Policies

Our reservation conditions are sent out to guests for them to view.

Arrival Times

Entries and departures take place on Saturdays normally (some exceptions are considered).

Rental Rates

$1.50 to $4.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay requirements: One week
50% rental to be paid on reservation & 50% a month before arrival to the property, via bank transfer.
Damage deposit to be paid on arrival 400.- Euros in Cash, handed over on departure.
Check-in at 16:00 hours on Saturdays and Departure 12:00 hours on Saturdays. You are able to leave your luggage before and after departure times.
