Rental Policies

General Rental Terms and
Cancellation Policy

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $ 300.00 deposit is due within 7 days of booking, to confirm your reservation. Any loss or damage to the rental property will be deducted from your deposit. Return of your deposit can take up to 2 weeks.

PAYMENT: Full/balance payment due no later than 60 days prior to check-in. If booking/payment is within 30 days of your check-in date, the funds need to be paid in ‘cash form’ – Official Bank Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Bank Wire Transfer.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: For cancellations prior to 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, less $50 processing fee. For cancellations within 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations after rent due date will forfeit rent and taxes (unless dates can be re-booked).

Rental Rates

$165.00 to $200.00 per day
$1,100.00 to $1,350.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The studio with king bed rents for 165.00/night or 1100.00/week and the additional bed and bathroom with queen bed is 35.00/night extra for 2 guests and 75.00/night or 500.00/week for 3 or 4 guests plus tax and cleaning. For privacy I only rent to one party at a time.

The free standing "Honeymoon Cottage" has a king bed and sleeps 2 guests and rents for 200.00/night or 1350.00/week plus tax and cleaning.

ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT: A totally refundable $300.00 security/confirmation deposit is due within 5 days of booking to confirm your reservation. Any loss or damage to the rental property will be deducted from your deposit. Return of your deposit can take up to 2 weeks.
