Underwater Observatory,desert treks night clubs,restaurants. Eilat has all tourists are looking for. In Eilat you can book a trip to the desert, as well as to Petra in Jordan,St.Katerina in Egypt and naturally to Jerusalem and the dead sea.

Rental Policies

The keys to the property are handed over between 4pm and 7pm on the day of arrival and must be handed back between 8am and 10am on the day of departure. Electricity bill by consumption.
Eight weeks before your arrival at the Villa the balance of the booking fee is due. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance payment is not paid by the due date. Security Deposit: At the same time as making the balance payment a security deposit of 1000 euro is due to cover any damage incurred to the Villa or its contents during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay by cash provided no damage has been caused. Should any damage be found the security deposit will be used to rectify the problem and you may forfeit getting the deposit returned. Cancellations made up to four weeks before your arrival will incur the loss of 50% of all monies received. Cancellations with less than four weeks prior to arrival will result in 100% loss of all monies received.
