Our 2200 sq. ft. 4 bedroom home is beautifully furnished with all the luxurious amenities to make your vacation a dream come true. Every room but one has the same fabulous ocean & Dillon Beach & Pacific Ocean views. Perched high on a hill, the house & deck are an ideal place to view - at eye level - birds soaring on the wind currents. You can watch Ospreys and Red-Tailed Hawks circle and dive over the expansive green belt of open fields and hills populated with deer and other wildlife. If you look closely, you can also watch the surfers who claim that Dillon Beach has some of the best surfing on the coast!

The deck is a great place for romantic dinners, al fresco lunches and breakfasts, barbeques and sunbathing while enjoying breathtaking vistas, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, bird-watching and whales-watching. Our Dillon Beach house is a place to put up your feet, smell the ocean, rejuvenate your body and spirit in local spas, and celebrate the simple and beautiful things of life.

The uncrowned sandy beach is a short walk down the hill and is great for sunbathing, collecting shells and driftwood, barbecues on the beach, reading on the dunes, or walking for miles on the white sand.

If you like outdoor activities, you can horseback ride on the beach, surf, kayak and fish in Tomales Bay or go hiking on the hills of Dillon Beach or on the nearby Point Reyes National Seashore. Dillon Beach has some of the best surfing on the Coast.


The Living Room is spacious with wood beamed cathedral ceilings and large windows to maximize the expansive views of the Pacific Ocean, Dillon Beach and the wild Pacific coastline. Sunsets & sunrises are spectacular. The large U-shaped couch is a great place to relax, enjoy the company of friends and family, read a good book, listen to music or play games while sitting by the fire and looking out at the waves breaking on the sand below. Tucked away in the Living Room is a Wet Bar with plenty of space for entertaining - a counter for serving hors d'oeuvres, mixing drinks plus a sink and a second fridge.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook that romantic or holiday dinner. We have a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker & grinder, blender, food processor, pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, etc.

We have four luxurious bedrooms with down comforters.

Rental Policies

There is a $300 refundable deposit and $125 charge for normal cleaning.

Rental Rates

$375.00 to $375.00 per day
$2,095.00 to $2,095.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The rate is $375/night or $2095week plus a $125 fee for normal cleaning plus a refundable deposit of $300.
Our weeks are from Sunday to Sunday.
