Centrally located on the coast of Long Island Sound with easy access to the highway and within minutes of:
casinos (Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun), golfing, fine dining, fantastic shopping outlets, Yale Repertory Theatre and historical Mystic Seaport. For the more adventurous, trains to NYC or Boston with free parking at the Clinton train station.

Included in your rent is your own private stretch of Long Island Sound. Rare as it is, there is no public access to the waterfront. It's just yours to enjoy however you wish! Privacy and solitude on the water are waiting for you, your family and friends.

Relax and enjoy the boating activity on Long Island Sound while savouring lunch or dinner on the front deck. For late evening meals, beautiful sunsets are provided by nature to be relished and remembered.

Outdoor activities include swimming, boating, fishing on the front seawall for bluefish, stripers and flat fish,fishing boat excursions, wildlife watching, sunset and sunrise strolling along the salt marshes to Kelsey's Point,sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, biking, and kayaking in Long Island Sound.

Within a 5 minute walk are the flats for peaceful walks on the sandbars along Clinton Harbor.

Within a short scenic drive are three of the most picturesque villages in New England! Centerbrook, Ivoryton and Essex, voted the Best Small Town in America. Enjoy the quaint villages and their offerings during the summer vacation months including festivals, arts & craft fairs, weekly concert series, etc.

Also nearby are the Ivoryton Playhouse, the Goodspeed Opera House, the Essex Steam Train, Gillette Castle, and many Connecticut Vineyards.

Rental Policies

$250 Deposit required. Upon acceptance, this fee will be applied to the total costs due at time of reservation.
Due at time of reservation: 50% deposit plus security deposit.
After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for seven days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, bank or certified check and money order.
The remaining balance (50%) is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: Asking $750.00 for weekly stays and a $1500 deposit for a month's stay (negotiable). The security deposit will be promptly returned within 30 days.
The lease will only be in one person's name. All family members will need to be listed. Please note that we do not accept "sharing."
The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday.

Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time.

Upon check-out guests are expected to strip all beds, carry out trash, do dishes and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition. Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest. $25 will be deducted from your security deposit.

Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc.

**Owner reserves the right to accept or decline reservations based upon adults' age

Important!! If you have brought a pet, please clean up after pet!! The poop slinging charge will be severe!!

Rental Rates

$1,500.00 to $1,650.00 per week
$5,500.00 to $5,500.00 per month

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

July 1 to August 30 - $1500 per week with the exception of July 4th - $1650 per week. Minimum Stay: (1) week

4 week rental - $5500.

Refunds: Refund requests received by May 1, 2007 will receive a 50% rebate of deposit money (full refund of security deposit).

Pets will be considered. Additional $350 deposit fee required.
