The Xaman-Ha Condos consist of 1,2 & 3 bdrm units. This cozy two bedroom condominium sample is convenient to the amenities of Playacar Resort and 3 minute walk distance to all the activities of Playa del Carmen.

The resort also fetures dozens of Mayan ruins and a botanical aviary with a large variety of exotic tropical birds including parrots, toucans and flamingos.

Playa del Carmen is home to charming restaurants, unique shops and a festive atmospher with international acclaim. The plaza playground and pedstrian 5º Avenue walkway come alive in the evening with the sounds of mariachi, salsa and reggae. The aroma of authentic Mexican and Mayan cuisine fills the air from the many fine restaurants and colorful cantinas.

A new day to explore the archeological sites of Tulum and Coba or visit the beatiful parks of Xcaret and Xel-Ha. Another day to scuba or snorkeling the clear blue Caribbean Sea, to play a round of golf a the club or take the ferry boat to Cozumel Island. Perhaps the new sunrise will just brings another relaxing day on the beach around Xaman-Ha


Xaman Ha is a short 3 minute walk to the town of Playa del Carmen and the ferry dock which has several 30 min. roundtrip passages to the island of Cozumel daily. You can also walk 10 min. to the World-class 18 hole golf course, tennis courts or Aviary in Playacar. Several Dive shops in town offer awesome Scuba diving expeditions out to the famous Palancar reef, the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world.

Playa Del Carmen is located just 35 minutes South of Cancun and offers many of the same powerdery white sand and turquoise waters, great restaurants and shopping without the towering hotels and crowds of tourists. This complex features a large fresh water pool, a swim-up bar, restaurant next door and within walking distance of the 18 hole golf course and Mayan Ruins steps away from the condo.

The rates below include maid service. We can also arrange a private cook for just $35 a day for up to 4 people plus the cost of groceries
