Property Details

Villa Idrea lies in Tuscany on the coast, in the bathing centre of Castiglione della Pescaia in the Province of Grosseto. Ideal for passing the holiday on the sea not only in summer period but as well during the less warm months, since equipped with central heating and fireplace. The house is placed in such a position to find itself in the centre of the town, without suffering for this reason, in summer, of the noise, but with all the advantages that the position involves (you may walk to the beach, to the port or along the main road without having to take the car, as these sites are distant between 50 and 200 metres. You reach the house by walking along a narrow lane with approximately 60 steps, it has a leveled garden with, in its middle, the house that enjoys an unique panorama with view of the sea at 180° that spaces from the Argentario to the isle of Elba. Weather conditions allowing, are visible to the eye all the islands of the Tuscan archipelago and even the profile of Corsica.The villa is equipped with a fix telephone and therefore it is also possible to be connected to Internet. The furnishing of the bed-rooms on the ground level and of large part of the -dining-living room is mostly composed of antique furniture. The heating and the warm water are produced by a gas boiler. In the back of the garden, there are an external shower and a related water reservoir of 1000 litres with sterilizer, so that, even in summer season, water does never lack, not even when, very rarely, the communal distribution is suspended. The house enjoys also of a car-place of exclusive property in the street below, most useful as, especially in summer, there are serious parking problems in the whole town. Unfortunately, it is not possible to maintain the English lawn, due to the lack of a well. Because of the serious problems of allergic asthma of the son of the owner, animals can not be accommodated, not even of small size.RESERVATION CONDITIONS

RESERVATION 30% of the total of the stay at the moment of the reservation through non refundable bank transfer or money orders. Remaining 70% will have to be paid only by cash at arrival.
