With no streets to cross to reach 7 miles of white sandy beaches, Las Palmas is ideal for your relaxing beach vacation. Completely renovated in 2005, Las Palmas is a ground level unit located in Holmes Beach on the northern half of Anna Maria Island. The villa is at the far west end of a quiet residental street that dead ends at the beach, just take a short stroll past 2 houses to reach the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation paradise has beautiful hardwood floors, is ultra-clean and beautifully decorated with a tropical theme. Newly furnished with all the comforts of home for a stress-free, relaxing holiday.

Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, Las Palmas is ideal for 6, but will accommodate up to 8 guests. There are queen-size beds in the Master and Guest bedrooms, 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The 3 bedrooms and living room each have satellite TV with CD/DVD/VCR combos and all rooms have ceiling fans. There is a new fully equipped kitchen, a large and very private deck that runs the full length of the back of the house with a Tiki Hut, gas BBQ grill and a new patio set with chaise lounge.

Come watch the dolphins play and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Have a relaxing dinner at the Tiki Hut on the private deck or take a walk up the beach to one of our many wonderful restaurants. There is a free trolley that runs the length of the island so you don’t even need to use your car to get around. This beautiful island has everything many other places have...gourmet and fast food restaurants, shopping, grocery and drug stores, banks, library, but without the crowded beaches.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates are based upon 6 person occupancy. Additional person $10 per person per day. Maximum occupancy 8 guests. 7 night minimum rental.
$300 Fully Refundable Security Deposit Required for weekly rentals.
