Are you looking for an upbeat, fun home in which to enjoy a family
vacation or are you looking for a romantic "get-away?" Our home,
"At The Beach," is ideal for both situations. At the Beach has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, familyroom, livingroom/dining room
combination, kitchen, covered lanai and beautiful heated pool
with a waterfall. All of this is located on a canal in a quiet
neighborhood.The pool is visible from four rooms and with a screened cage covering the pool, the area can be used as another outside living
space throughout the year. Everyone who has rented from us
has commented on the wonderful open layout of the house.

The house contains two queen size beds along with a day bed with another pull out twin underneath the day bed. This allows for sleeping of up to six people.

Our home is completely furnished to ensure a wonderful vacation and includes: microwave, dishwasher,stove, refrigerator with icemaker, washer/dryer, stereo, portale phones, DVD, color cable TVs w/ remotes , garage w/ opener, air conditioning, linens and towels, iron and ironing board,patio furniture, gas grill, books, games, beach toys, CDs and DVDs.

Rental Rates

$925.00 to $1,900.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Discounts are given for longer stays. Please e-mail or call for rates.

Additional costs include 11% Forida tax, $125 exit cleaning fee and $35 booking fee.

A $500 security deposit is also required.

Rentals are generally Saturday - Saturday
Check in is at 3 pm. Check out is 10 am.

To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all our guests, please be aware that we do not allow smoking in the house nor do we allow pets. We appreciate your adherence to these guidelines.

Further, no student groups under the age of 25 are permitted unless they are accompanied by an adult who is physically stayng in the unit with the
students.
