Our condo is among natural surroundings and lavish landscaping, just a short walk to the beach in the Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. Our two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps 6, includes 2 queen size beds, and a queen size sofa sleeper. The condo is freshly painted, newly decorated with new furniture and is equipped with three color televisions, 2 DVD players, washer, dryer, central air, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and many more
appliances. Ceramic tile recently installed in kitchen and bathrooms.

This beautiful condo is ideally situated, giving you all of the "Grand Strand" attractions only minutes from your door. Shore Drive section of N. Myrtle Beach.

Rental Policies

Renters must be 25 years or older.

Parking: all vehicles are to be parked on either parking area of Maison Place, but never in the street/on the grass.

Golf Carts are permitted, and subject to the parking regulation above.

Trailers, Boats, and Campers are NOT to be parked on the premises at any time, (except for loading and unloading). There is an area provided for parking of these vehicles. (See Owner).

Roller Skating, Roller Blades, Skate Boards, Banana Boards are NOT permitted anywhere on the property as a safety precaution to the skater, pedestrians, children, automobiles, and other personal property.

Loud Noise excessive disturbing noises in and outside of condos that interfere with the rights and comforts of neighbors will NOT be allowed.

Motorcycles are NOT permitted on the property under any circumstances at any time by renters.

Pets No renters are allowed to have pets.

Grills-grilling or other forms of cooking are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in screened in porch or balconies.
Balconies/Screened in Porch-articles of clothing, linens, towels, etc. are NOT to be hung from the balconies or screened in porch.

No-Smoking

Furniture: DO NOT under any circumstances, re-arrange furniture.

DO NOT leave sliding glass door open while air conditioner is running.

Rental Rates

$110.00 to $160.00 per day
$675.00 to $1,100.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$100 refundable security deposit required for all reservations, and required at the time of booking. Balance due 21 days in advance of check-in date. Daily, and Weekly rates available. (3 night minimum required in June, July August.)
**Weekly rentals June, July and August (Sat - Sat only); however will make excpetions for reservations less than 1 week during this timeframe. Weekly Rates (Include all fees and departure cleaning.)

**Rental rates are subject to change, however existing reservations with prepayment are excluded. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled check-in. Failure to notify within this time period forfeits your security deposit.
