this charming 2 story beach home sleeps 8 adults comfortably. One block from white sand beaches and a short walk to Playa's famous 5th avenue, you won't find this combination in all of the Mayan Riviera.
Casa Marina has it all, relax and enjoy your vacation in Mexico with our friendly staff, Kim (the House Manager), Mary ( the smiling maid 3 x week), Noel (reports daily for garden and house maintenance), and of course Mario, who keeps the beautiful pool sparkling clean.

When you are not at Xcaret or exploring the ruins of Tulum and Coba, you'll want to be on the property. There is an outside cooking area and mini fridge in the pool bar as well as a BBQ grill/bar area on the upstairs terrace which now offers ample lounging and seating in a tropical jungle setting, just off the
living room. The kitchen, dining room and living room with 60" HDTV are on the second floor. The 4 bedrooms are located on street level.
The downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms and one suite with kitchenette. Three bedrooms open out to the pool, the studio, facing the street, has a seperate access, private deck, bathroom and a kitchenette. The entire house offers air conditioning, ceiling fans through out and satellite TV.

You will love the ocean views from the private Palapa look out located high above the pool. The home can be rented as a four or three bedroom. The sleeping arrangements are 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins.

Private airport transportation, welcome snack package, initial grocery shopping, private chef services, massage therapist, dive packages, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, you name it, the staff at Casa Marina is here for you to facilitate your vacation needs.

Rental Policies

Saturday to Saturday Rental during High Season
Payment Options:
Personal/Business Check, Cash or Wire Transfers.

Check-in: 3:00 P.M. Check-out: 11:00 A.M.
A 3 night minimum stay is required.

Cancellations and Refunds:
There will be a $150 handling fee on all cancellations. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival may be rescheduled up to one year based on availability. For cancellations within 60 days of arrival and those who do not wish to reschedule there is no refund unless the house is able to be re-rented for that time period, in that case there will be a full refund minus the $150 fee.

Deposits:
50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
