$325.00 to $325.00 per day

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All homes being rented must be paid in full 2 days prior to arrival. Check in time is between 8:30am-4:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm noon.

RENTAL POLICIES

* A 5% processing fee will be charged for your convenience
* Payment is due in full by the day you check in through credit card
* $15/per person over 8 people per night
* Security deposit refunded 4 days after check out if property in good condition
* Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled within 30 days; 50% within 15 days
* Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 1-14 days
* Credit card required to guarantee reservation.
* No Smoking Allowed in Home

*Acceptable Forms of Payment:
Credit Cards ONLY (Visa, American Express, Discover and Master Card)

CLEANING POLICIES
* Cleaning fee $100 (will be taken out of deposit)

PET POLICIES

* Sorry No Cats!!!.
* We try to accommodate guests with small dogs under the following rules
and circumstances.
* $100 pet fee and $15.00 per additional pet
* Only small dogs please, and no aggressive breeds.
* Dogs must be on a flea treatment regimen (Frontline, etc.).
* Pets are not allowed on couches, bedding, or furniture.
* They MUST NOT be left in the room unattended or tied up outside.
* Pets are not permitted in the pool/spa area.
* Dogs must be on a leash at all times when they are outside.
* Guests should bring a "pooper-scooper" to clean up after their pets.
* Noisy or Barking dogs will not be permitted.
