Aqua Pulchra Villa is a superb four bedroom rental villa, located on the southern shores of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos isles.

Situated on Chalk Sound, an inland lagoon and nature reserve, every room provides stunning views of the 'magnificent waters' after which the villa is aptly named.

Vibrant stucco exteriors, terra cotta floors, and hand painted tiles combine with furnishings and detail to create a tranquil Caribbean hideaway in the Turks and Caicos for your enjoyment. The villa’s garden rises from the waters edge, with views of the sound on one side and the ocean on the other. The villa is designed so that every room provides stunning views of the 'magnificent waters'. It is arranged over two floors, with a main living area on the first floor reached by steps or elevator. All rooms on the first floor face the water and open out on to terraces.

The central point of the villa is a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area, with a series of french doors leading to a panorama of turquoise water reflected in the villa's pool. The dining table comfortably seats eight. Couches in the living area provide a comfortable resting place with a view of the sound. Either side of the central area are two wings providing you with space and privacy.

To one side is a media room with plasma TV, DVD and BOSE surround sound which extend to both living area and patio, and can be listened to independently of each other. This wing also houses two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with walk in shower, the other en-suite with tub. Each room is bright and airy, and opens onto a sitting area and private patio with views of the water.

The opposite side of the villa is the library - a quiet space to sit and relax. The remaining two bedrooms are contained in this wing. One features two twin beds, and the other contains a sumptuous canopied four-poster with plasma TV. Both lead onto a sitting area and private patio. These bedrooms share a large walk-in shower room and separate toilet / washroom.

The villa has central air conditioning for your comfort, and the waterside location provides an almost constant gentle breeze. Air conditioning is metered and charged back to guests at a nominal cost. Broadband internet is free of charge, and a separate utility area with washer and dryer is located in the garage area.
