Property Details

I can recommend the apartment if you prefer a flat in the center to a hotel or youth hostel and if you want to spend less than in a hotel plus we can do transfer from the airport to the flat in the center.

Equipped with Air conditioning, free INTERNET for surfing and mailing and a PC. , kitchen, fridge, IKEA furniture, cable TV with English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, etc. language channels (languages sometimes changed by service company), washing machine, shower, towels, bedclothes, etc.

The flat is on the first floor (the floor above ground floor).

First street from Big Boulevard, perfect location!
Here you will experience how convenient it is to live in the centre, first street from Big Boulevard! (central, but quiet)

Public transport is excellent (Metro, trams, buses), one stop by the red 7 bus (or walk) to the pedestrian precinct (Vaci Street).

The street of the flat is parallel with Big Boulevard, first corner from Big Boulevard.

There are innumerable attractions on Big Boulevard, like theatres, museums, shopping centres, market hall, restaurants, cinemas, metro stations, etc.

The metro station of the flat is halfway between the beginning and the end of the boulevard. Big Boulevard starts in the north at Margaret Bridge and ends in the south at Petofi Bridge.

You need not share the one room flat with strangers. Only you (or you and your friends) will have keys. The flat has an advanced alarm system with an entry code valid only during your stay. Your landlord is a teacher of English and Russian, a part-time tour guide.

BEDS: a double bed (French bed) , a single bed , and a sofa bed (openable bed)
2+1+1=4 people.

ARRIVAL : the landlord or his representative will wait for you in the flat or at the airport / railway station if you order transfer. The price of the

TRANSFER is: airport: 20 Euro, railway station: 15 Euro per car (one car is 3 persons plus suitcases or 4 persons plus little luggage)

PARKING:a tramstop + 3 minutes walk, or simply walk to a nearby carpark for your car to be safe.
(You make business with the carpark, the prices are : 1 hour = 30 cents, 1 night 3 Euro, 24 hours : 5 euro)

FREE TIME : you have to have a wonderful time in Budapest.


The PRICE of the whole flat is given per day in Euro.
The price depends on the SEASON and the number of guests.

An example :
TWO persons (If you come with your friend), in Standard season : 35 Euro per day per flat (17.5 Euro per person).
TWO persons in HIGH season : 40 Euro per day per flat (20 Euro per person).
Price reduction is negotiable in case of a longer stay (min 8 nights).

The way to book the flat : sending deposit by Paypal or banktransfer.
