Villa Oceana is ideally located on the quiet sheltered harbour known as Sapodilla Bay . Available as either a 2 or 3 bedroom property this villa is especially suited to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing Caribbean vacation.

Property Details

The villa itself is single storey and the main house features 2 bedrooms , both with air conditioning , which is metered and charged. The master bedroom contains a king size bed and benefits from a large private patio , furnished with rattan chaises , from which you can relax and take in the wonderful ocean views. The second bedroom features twin beds , which can also be dressed as a King if so desired. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer , dishwasher , stove , microwave and a host of smaller electronic appliances . A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer . From the kitchen walk through to the spacious dining area , and then down to the sunken lounge and living area . Here you will find a seating area with entertainment centre including Satelite TV , VCR and stereo as well as a separate lounge area perfect for relaxing with a good book. From the sliding patio doors you have an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean beyond. The main house also features a large air conditioning unit in the living area which cools the central living and dining areas .

Outside you will find spacious patio areas which provide ample shade and seating as well as a large sunny pool deck . The pool itself is the ideal place to cool off in the afternoon or take a refreshing early morning swim. A gas grill is also provided for your culinary enjoyment .

The self contained guest suite benefits from a spacious bedroom area with king size bed , en suite bathroom , living area and kitchenette , and air conditioning. Cable TV and a VCR are also included .
