The villa benefits from extensive landscaping, with lush tropical foliage and flowers , as well as several species of palm trees. Stunning views of the turquoise blue ocean and Chalk Sound await you from every window and vantage point within the home. The infinity edge pool , complete with hot tub, provides a chance to cool off in the afternoon sun , or walk down to your private swimming dock and enjoy a refreshing dip in the ocean instead. A large tiki-hut adjacent to the pool is the perfect place to relax in the shade with a good book , or for a well deserved afternoon nap. When the sun goes down take the opportunity to stargaze as you relax with a glass of wine in the hot tub . The Milky Way surely never looked so good !

The villa’s interior features a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, cookware, stem-and-stoneware, etc. Built with entertaining in mind this room is inviting airy and comfortable. Each of the four main bedrooms is a "master" suite. While the ground floor rooms feature king-sized beds , the upper bedrooms contain extra-long pillow topped twins that can easily be converted into kings should you require. A large, luxurious bathroom featuring roomy showers and tiled vanities connects with each of these bedrooms . There are also dressing areas in the ground floor bedrooms, and terraces off of the upper bedrooms which overlook the ocean and the pool. Televisions, ceiling fans, and metered air-conditioners are installed in each bedroom. There is a small nursery/nanny's room available which adjoins the landing area. A gallery on the upper floor is the perfect spot for slipping away to read a book or contemplating the view from the port-hole like windows .

The bright and cheerful family room on the ground floor level features seating options perfect for conversation or watching television . The covered veranda located just off the family room has a spacious dining area with room for eight, plus another conversation spot that contains a comfy sofa and chairs.

The peaceful, white sand beach of Taylor Bay is a short walk of under three minutes , from the villa . There are also tennis courts available for guests use .

Note:* A 10% tourist tax applies on all rentals, which is not included in the above rates. Rental rates are for the entire villa and there are no add-ons and no service charges. Odd days in addition to one week are sometimes available, pro-rated plus 15% per day. Air conditioning is metered & charged back to tenant at cost. Prices subject to change without notice.
