Ponte Del Sogno is a luxurious oceanfront villa located in the exclusive Silly Creek development on the southern shore of Providenciales. Exterior patios are located off the main house, all bedroom and cabana areas, the large pool deck area is great for entertaining.

A dozen full size teak lounge chairs with plush cushions for suntanning, 3 large pool umbrellas, two very private deck & dock areas at the waters edge with stairs to the ocean plus an oceanside outdoor shower offers you the opportunity to enjoy outdoor living at its very best. At the center of the villa is the large open plan kitchen, dining and living areas set under a high vaulted ceiling.

The gourmet kitchen is very well equipped with top of the line appliances including all the bells and whistles for those who love to cook and entertain in style. The kitchen offers easy access to the main dining area which comfortably seats 8-12, outdoor dining comfortably seats an additional 8-14. Relax on the comfortable sofas and chairs in the main living area, enjoy a board game or cards at the games table, read a book or magazine in the sitting area, surf the net on your computer or simply watch TV or a DVD.

The master suite is located to one side of the main living area and features spectacular ocean views, a private outdoor patio area with separate lighting, a ceiling fan and hammock for your afternoon siesta. Inside you will find a spacious bedroom with a/c, a King Size poster bed, armoire and TV, full walk-in closet with built-in cabinetry, tub, double vanity with seating, bench and towel off area with linen closet, separate water closet area and a large glass brick shower. Additionally, there is a very private open air garden and outdoor shower connected to the master bath.

The three remaining bedrooms are located in a separate pavilion, all have ocean views, 2 Queen size beds, full en-suite bathroom, linen closet and clothes closet with built in shelving, a CD player and air conditioning. The poolside cabana is a favorite relaxing spot after a day in the sun or out boating - with a wet bar, full size refrigerator, bar and dinner seating for 6, separate bathroom, TV and two full size sofas that fold out to double size beds. Perfect for those evenings when you feel like barbecuing by the pool and dining Al Fresco.

The oversized infinity edge pool offers the perfect place to cool off during the day, or follow one of two walkways which lead down to the ocean and swim from your private swimming platform and seating areas.
