Perfect Caribbean estate home with spacious indoor / outdoor living area set on just under 2 acres. Recently featured in Coastal Living Magazine. Four master suites with en-suite bathrooms, fully stocked linen closets, clothes closet, flat screen tv's, stereos, air conditioning.

Poolside cabana features bar seating for 6, new Pottery Barn furniture, flat screen TV, indoor outdoor stereo system and i-pod docking station, full size fridge, sink, garbage disposal and wine fridge, half bath, numerous pool toys including basketball net at pools edge.

A dozen full size teak lounge chairs with plush cushions surround the pool as well as at the lower deck at the waters edge. Two outdoor showers, one along the stone path to the dock and the other is a private garden shower off the Main House master suite bathroom.

The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with top of the line appliances, gas stovetop and features a walk-in fully stocked appliance and dish pantry. The kitchen offers easy access to the main dining area which comfortably seats 8-12, outdoor dining comfortably seats an additional 8. Relax on the comfortable sofas and chairs in the main living area, enjoy a board game or cards at the games table or read a book or magazine in the sitting area next to the patio. The house features screens on all doors and windows to take advantage of tropical breezes day and night.

The Main master bedroom is located in the main house (king poster bed, tv, a/c, private patio with hammock, full bathroom including tub, walk in closet) the 3 remaining bedrooms feature 2 Queen size beds in each bedroom, full en-suite bathrooms with stocked linen closets, clothes closets, stereo's, flat screened tv's, and air conditioning. All bedrooms enjoy ocean views and open up onto the oceanfront patio area.

Built in gas BBQ as well as portable gas BBQ at poolside.

The oversized infinity edge pool offers the perfect place to cool off during the day.

2009 rates:

Party of 2 $3500 per week
Party of 4 $4000 per week
Party of 6 $4500 per week
Party of 8 $5000 per week

10% accommodation tax will be added to the above rates.

Air conditioning will be metered and charged after departure at cost.

Rental Policy

50% deposit secures villa, balance due 60 days prior to arrival date, credit cards accepted, wire transfers.

Arrival Times

3pm check in, 11 am check out - strictly enforced
