Serenity House is a spacious 6 bedroom villa situated directly on world famous Grace Bay beach. From the patio and pool deck enjoy uninterrupted ocean views and listen to the sound of the waves washing on the shore . You are just a few steps from the soft powder white sand of the most romantic tropical beach in the world.

Paradise surely! The property itself is extremely airy and well laid out. From the raised entrance foyer step down into the living room , complete with fully equipped wet bar featuring wine cooler and ice machine . The living room is furnished with comfortable rattan in shades of white and blue, which echo the colour of the sky and sea beyond.

The sliding glass doors which connect the living area to the outside patio allow sweeping views across the pool deck to the beach and the ocean . The covered patio area is furnished with ample chairs and chaises to allow relaxation in the shade or sunning by the pool.

There is also a gas grill an essential part of al fresco lunches by the pool. The kitchen is complete with a full range of modern appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher , split level range , microwave , and preparation island complete with sink . The spacious dining area features a beautiful dining table , large enough to accommodate 12 people , as well as a smaller table suitable for breakfast or morning coffee. A separate utility room housing 2 washing machines as well as a tumble dryer. The den and entertainment room is situated to one side of the living area. The comfy sofas allow you to relax while enjoying television , videos or music.

The villa is complete with a selection of videos for guests enjoyment or bring your own favourites with you . The property boasts 6 bedrooms each with their own TV and air conditioning , the cost of which is included in the rental fee. The ground floor houses 2 of these bedrooms , one of which features twin beds and an en suite shower room , the second with a queen sized bed and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. The upper level of the villa houses the remaining 4 bedrooms , most of which have sea views. Three of the bedrooms have King sized beds , while the remainder has a Queen sized.

Two of the bedrooms have en suite shower rooms only , while the other two have bathrooms with showers and tubs. All of the bedrooms are spacious and airy , and furnished with rattan and wicker to compliment the tropical feel of the property .
