Carty farmhouse has been beautifully restored with a pigeonnier and private pool (10 x 5 m) with roman steps (exclusively for guests) The property is in a tiny hamlet, on the side of a hill, surrounded by farmland and woodland, with lovely views

Property Details

The farmhouse can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and alcove with convertible double sofa bed. Entrance through lounge/dining area with fireplace and colour TV. Well equipped kitchen with mod cons and cutlery/crockery. Large shower room with washing machine, hand basin, and WC. One ground floor double bedroom.

The staircase between lounge and kitchen leads to 2 single and 1 double bedroom upstairs, next to bathroom and WC

Outside there is a barbeque, garden furniture and sunloungers by the pool.

Carty is situated in the vallée du mail, 7 km from Pujols (bastide village) and Villeneuve sur lot (large market town).

Rental Policies

Making a booking
A booking is confirmed when the completed booking form and deposit have been received at the address shown on the booking form and confirmed in writing. Reservations made by email or phone will be made firm if the completed booking form and deposit are received within 8 working days following the call.

Payments
The booking form must be accompanied by 25% of the rental charge. We will acknowledge receipt promptly. The 75% remainder will be due not less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. When a booking is made within 8 weeks from the start of your holiday, full payment is required with the booking form. Cheques should be made payable to D. MacRae Smith
