The apartment measures approx. 180 square meters and is located in a recently restored historical building, on the fourth floor (with an elevator).
It is laid out on two levels. The main floor consists of: an entry hall/dining room (with table for 6/8 and a working fireplace), a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine and table for4/6), a twin bedroom (with two beds that can be made into a double), a double bedroom and two hall bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi tub, one with shower). Seventeen narrow steps lead up to a sitting room with access to a rooftop terrace, and a twin bedroom with a bathroom (shower).
The floors are terracotta and parquet and there are some wood beam ceilings. There is a telephone, T.V., washing machine and a dishwasher. Linen and kitchenware are supplied.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The heating is autonomous (can be controlled by the tenant). Parking space for one car may be available on request.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay is 4 months.
Rate includes all bills.
There is a one month rate deposit fee for eventual damages to the apartment during your stay, that will be returned on departure after the apartment has been checked.
