Availability Calendar

Rental Policies

There is a $200 fee for any cancellations. Cancellations, 21 days or less to arrival, forfeit full deposit unless unit is re-rented. No shows forfeit full rent.
Deposits: $400.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation for five days. Upon check- in, your $400.00 deposit becomes a security deposit. Full rent is due no later than 28 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded not later than 21 days after departure if there is no additional cleaning required or damage.
Other Fees: Rates are all inclusive. No additional costs/charges
Other Policies: A security deposit of $400. is due upon reservation. Payments can be made by credit card/debit card at www.paypal.com. You will receive an invoice for your stay from the owners with a link to PayPal for payment. You do no have to have a PayPal account but will need credit card/debit card for payment. Deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit upon check in. Provided there is no damage and the unit is left reasonably clean, deposits will be refunded/credited within 21 days. We have tried to make you as comfortable as possible in our South Lake Tahoe home. Please do not take home any of our furnishings. You will be charged for any missing items.
