Outside shower, large 2 car enclosed garage with storage area. Washer and Dryer are available for your convenience. Over 1300 square feet of relaxing living space!

Rental Policies

Depoist is not refundable once Lease Agreement is signed. If you cancel, for any reason, and your week is re-rented, your depoist will be refunded at that time, otherwise all monies are not returned.
