Located on the Coconut Coast, our condominiums are easy to come and go from as you go on day trips. The location is also very convenient as we are just a walk away from the beach if you decide a walk through the white sands is what you need. Shell picking, dolphin watching, and simply enjoying nature are all right on your doorstep when you stay with us on your Kauai vacation. Not only are our condos right on the ocean providing the best scenery available anywhere, the condos are very affordable and are conveniently located in central Kapa’a.

Rental Policy

$50 cancel fee from time money on account until 31 days prior to arrival;
30-8 days prior forfeit deposit; 7 days prior to arrival except December 15 - January 6
(when there is a 45-day cancel policy) forfeit full payment.
No refunds for no show or early check out.
