Property Description

On the third floor, with elevator, of a classic elegant building from the first half of the 20th century. Spacious old quarters have been refurbished for a more comfortable contemporary usage and decorated with stylish and modern furniture.

Centrally located in what was the big expansion (L’Eixample) of Barcelona in the middle of the 19th century.
Spacious living area with two sofas and two arm chairs opened to one of the most well known tree lined boulevards of Barcelona.

One big bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm), an arm chair and a boudoir.
One big bedroom with twin beds and closet space.
One bedroom with bed and pullout under bed and closet space.
One bedroom with double bed and closet space.
Full bathroom with bathtub and bidet.
Full bathroom with shower.
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, gas hob stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, juice squeezer, electric kettle, coffee and tea pots, and all necessary equipment for cooking.
Big colour TV, Stereo radio CD, iron and ironing board, hair dryers.
Air conditioning and heating.
Wooden floors.
Traditional wooden windows that open to the balconies.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Cot for babies upon request.

Rental Policy

Booking fee: 10.00 euros due to management expenses.

Cleaning service fee: There is an obligatory one-time fee of 80.00 euros for apartment-cleaning service at the end of your stay, not included in the rates.

Arrivals after 21:00Hs and Departures before 08:00Hs have to pay a surcharge of 30.00 euros (this surcharges must be paid to the receptionist in cash).

Arrival Times

Arrival at or after 13:00. Departure at or before 10:00. If possible we will try to accommodate early arrivals.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Low Season: November 1st to December 20th, January 8th to February 7th and February 19th to February 28th.

Normal Season: December 21st to January 7th, February 8th to February 18th and March 1st to October 31st.

In general there is a 3 nights minimum stay requirement.

During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays the apartments may have:

a surcharge,
a different minimum stay,
an obligatory prepayment of 100%
