Includes a full bath with a separate bedroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Amenities include: washer/dryer; dishwasher, air conditioning, telephone with unlimited local calling, cable/color TV, VCR, CD/stereo, plus recently added DSL high speed wireless Internet access. There is a fireplace which takes worry-free sterno cans. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Parking for 1 car. No smoking or pets please. Maximum # of people: 2. This west end condo is conveniently located in the heart of Provincetown, steps from Commercial Street. The Condo is on Montello which is between Conant and Pleasant Street. Park your car at the condo and you're minutes to coffee houses, beaches, restaurants, shops and galleries. Imagine spending your day at the beach, coming back to refresh and spending an afternoon in town shopping or enjoy dancing at the Boatslip for tea. All are within a short walking distance. After tea, come back to your beautiful condo to prepare for dinner and a night on the town! Being right near the water, you can start off with swimming, canoeing, kayaking, boating of all sorts (rental is not far away), biking, walking, and of course strolling along the wonderful streets of the West End. It's a short walk to the breakwater and Long Point Lighthouse, the Moors, Herring Cove Beach, and the fantastic bike trails.

Rental Policies

cancellation policy: if a reservation is cancelled for any reason between the time of booking and actual stay, a 25% forfeiture of the rent will result. If the unit fails to rent in that time, a 50% forfeiture will result.

Arrival Times

Check-in is 3:00pm, Saturday arrival, Check-out is 10:00am, Saturday of following week.

Rental Rates

$1,000.00 to $1,375.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We require a 50% deposit for the rent within 7 days of booking. The remainging balance plus a seperate security deposit is due one month prior to stay. Minimum stay is usually one week, from Saturday to Saturday, but exceptions may apply. Contact owner to inquire.
