One bedroom has queen sized bed with TV/VCR; the second bedroom has double bed plus set of bunk beds also with TV/VCR. Light, bright and full of windows and charm. Fully equipped kitchen with original, farmhouse sink. Washer/dryer. Sleeper sofa in living room with TV/fireplace,books and magazines. Quaint, brick patio in front and patio with antique table/chairs and outdoor shower in back of cottage. Beach lawn chairs provided.

Rental Policy

only small, nonshedding dogs allowed with nonrefundable $100 deposit.
To reserve: onehalf up front with $100 refundable deposit, balance due at time of stay.
