Our private path through the seagrass leads to beautiful, sandy Wells Beach. Walk across the street to Wells harbor for boating and enjoying gorgeous sunsets, next door is the Wells jetty for great fishing and scenic strolls.

Sit and relax on the sunny deck. Watch the seals play, and boats cruise by from the private yard with picturesque landscape of dunes, seagrass, and searoses. Relax , sunbathe, or walk the 3 mile long pristine white sandy beach. Imagine fishing, kayaking, swimming, sunbathing, crabbing, or boating all at your vacation home without having to get in your car.

Wells Beach is a large ocean beach for bodysurfing, surfing, boogieboarding, jogging, walking, next door is childsafe calm harbor beach great for small children. Great fishing off jetty's or surfcasting on the beach all from your front door. Beautiful sunsets over the harbor, as well as sunrises over the ocean.

Walk/bike to trolly, shops, restaurants, playground, arcade. Browse through the numerous Antique shops just up the road. Explore the close quaint seaside towns of York, Cape Neddick, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and Cape Porpoise. Portland museums, shops, restaurants, theatre and sporting events are just a short drive. Outlet shopping is nearby at Kittery and Freeport.

If unit is rerented a full refund up to amount collected less $100.

$500 security deposit to reserve. 50% due January 1st, balance due by May 1st. Late Summer/Fall season - balance due August 1st.

Rates do not include 7% Maine State Sales Tax (Lodging tax)
