Located in the heart of a New England fishing village, launch your boat at the marina, sun yourself at the beach or fish off the jetties. This location offers something for everyone.

This home sleeps 7 people. There are 2 bedrooms; upstairs, the master bedroom, is a loft containing 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with a dividing curtain creating the illusion of 2 rooms. The second bedroom is on the first floor and contains 2 twin beds. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with cable TV.

There is a queen-size pull out couch in the fireplaced living room. The house has 1 full bath. It has a porch across the front with a view of the marsh; furnished with rocking chairs and wicker furniture for you to sit enjoy the ocean breeze. There is a good size back yard for your entertaining.

All cookware and serving ware is provided. There is a washer and dryer, a flat panel TV in the living room, coffee maker, microwave, gas grille, etc.

The home has the look of a cottage, but is completely winterized and has all the comforts of home.

$1,550/month (off season)– UTILITIES INCLUDED – heat, hot water, electricity, basic phone, basic cable, and high speed internet

Monthly and weekly rentals available.
Winter rentals available.

No pets or smoking.

Located in Brant Rock, it is approximately equal distance between Boston and Cape Cod and is a moment's walk to great local restaurants, markets, churches, area beaches, and the marina. Additional shopping, restaurants, playgrounds, golf courses and skateboard parks are just a short drive away. Walk to the town fish pier or launch your boat from a ramp located there.
