For Maximum PRIVACY and probably the FINEST VIEWS in Spain you will not find better than those ofr "Finca Inca", a luxury South facing villa overlooking the Bay of Javea. It is a NON ESTATE location with the privacy to 'skinny dip' ( if one wishes!) AND at the same time retain the fabulous views. This makes this villa truly UNIQUE! That is probably why it was chosen to be featured on the BBC's "Living in the Sun" programme and the comments made were:
"..“Amazing views….What a view!....Incredible isn’t it?.....Sensational……really sensational…..Ah! Just breath-taking…..That is just…out of this World…”

Besides the normal 1 or 2 week lets we also offer bargain "Long Lets" for a minimum of 8 weeks from early October to the end of April ( or possibly longer). Our rates include central heating, water, electricity & SAT TV.

The kitchen is ALL ELECTRIC. Most villas have gas; as you know it only runs-out DURING cooking! Have you tried carrying a gas bottle...I do not recommend it to Seniors! You will not suffer that inconvenience at Finca Inca.

AMBULANCE SERVICE. One never knows when an ambulance may be needed quickly. We have a special arrangement with a private ambulance service that retains a map of our location so that they can reach us quickly. It works as we have already discovered on more than one occasion! This is just one of the little extras at Finca Inca.

The villa is built in the form of two separate apartments. If we are in residence, we are pleased to offer help & advice. If not required.....you'll neither see us nor hear us! Our guests have raised many queries over the years, especially those who visit intending to buy a property in the area. We will tell you things that solicitors will omit to mention!

Javea was said by one British newspaper to be "The Jewel in the Costa Blanca" and it is also said that the United Nations Health Organisation pronounced the area to be "almost environmentally perfect".

There is a wealth of clubs and societies in the area which you may take or leave. Tennis, horse riding, jet skiing, conducted walks, sea excursions & scuba diving are all available. There just in NOWHERE BETTER THAN FINCA INCA in Javea from which to enjoy the excellent facilities in the area.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The 1 st. price is for 2 persons. 2 nd.is for 3/4 persons. Over FOUR persons, add £50p.p.p.w. A deposit of 20% is required to make a reservation & it is effective WHEN IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. We accept PayPal because this usually arrives in a matter of minutes if you wish to secure your holiday. The Balance is due 2 months before date of arrival.

LONG WINTER LET.
For a minimum rental period of 8 consecutive weeks during October to April inclusive, the rate is £215 per couple inclusive of central heating, water, electricity, TV etc. You are welcome to invite friends to stay with you and the charge for them is also £215/couple/week.

ANNUAL RENTAL.
£ 1,235.84/mth. inclusive of ALL services.
