See the tourquoise blue water of the Gulf from nearly every room. Watch the dolphins play, as you relax on your beachfront balcony, or take in the breathtaking sunsets. Step out your front door for a stroll on the beach, or relax by the pool overlooking Lemon Bay.
Dock your boat at our private boat/fishing dock.

All linens, towels, and everthing you need for your relaxing vacation are provided. Walk to local restaurants and shops. Easily accessible by car from Tampa, Sarasota and Fort Myers Airports.

Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, 2 TVs, and covered carport. Each bedroom has a private 1/2 bath with with separate private access to the tub/shower.

Private Beach. Power Boat & jet ski rentals nearby. Private Dock on Lemon Bay. Fishing off dock or surfcasting. Boca Grande, Palm Island, numerous golf courses, deep sea fishing and world class tarpon fishing in the immediate area. Rental Policies

Weekly - Monthly rental (3 day minimum)
Lodging Tax: 11%
Cleaning Fee: None
Cancellations and Refunds: More than 90 days - full refund. Less than 90 days - refund only if unit is rerented. 24hr courtesy hold available to make travel arrangements.

Deposits: $200 advance rent deposit to book will be applied to rental. Full balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 3% credit card fee if using credit to pay the balance. 3% fee does not apply to credit card deposit.

We pay for the cleaning, on-site manager and utilities. 3% fee for use of credit card.
