Carlham Villa is situated in the Prestigious Golfing Community of Rotonda West. The Villa has a very private South Facing Pool in an extended deck area all overlooking a canal. Surrounded by 5 golf courses and yet only minutes from the Gulf Beaches

Property Details

Lounge.
A spacious room that is luxuriously furnished and ideal for relaxation. Patio doors overlook the Lanai and Pool Deck.

Family Room.
This room has a sunny south facing aspect, is comfortably furnished and provides entertainment for the whole family with Cable TV, DVD, VCR and CD Player.

Dining Room.
This room is furnished for those special evenings with seating for 6 people in more formal surroundings.

Kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped for up to 6 people including Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and all the necessary Crockery and Utensils you would expect to find in a family home.

In the adjoining Laundry Room there is Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Laundry Tub. This also leads to a 2 car garage which has Remote Automatic Door Opener plus 2 adult bikes and beach chairs for your enjoyment.

Breakfast Nook.
Separate informal dining area for breakfast or snacks, with views over the swimming pool and freshwater canal from the large aquarium glass window.

Master Bedroom.
The large master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a king size bed, 19“ TV and “his and hers” walk-in wardrobes. There is a large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, large shower and marble bathtub

The bedrooms large patio doors lead out onto the Pool area for that early morning swim.

Second and Third Bedrooms.
These rooms are furnished to provide one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom. Both have ample wardrobe space and share the second family bathroom. This also serves as a pool bathroom having access from the deck area.

Swimming Pool / Lanai
Overlooking a freshwater canal our Lanai and extended deck area offers the best in Florida Living. It features a south facing 28ft x 15ft pool, this is solar heated and has a baby guard available to protect your tiny tots.
