Located beneath the Mongo Mountain, just outside Javea’s ‘Old Town’, this stylish villa has all the amenities to ensure you relax and enjoy your holiday in real comfort. The upper level of the villa consists of a large double bedroom with en-suite facilities, two further twin bedrooms share a family bathroom. You’ll also find a spacious fitted kitchen, large open plan living room with Sat TV, dining area and a sun lounge with stairs leading to the pool area and entrance to the lower level. The lower level is home to a double and twin bedroom and further bathroom. The large pool terrace area has a fixed barbeque and large private pool set in landscaped gardens with country and mountain views.

The villa is ideally suited for a large family or group with ample room to spread out and enjoy the facilities. There is a supermarket at the end of the road and bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes drive or 15 minute walk. Javea is five minutes drive away and the Marriott Golf Resort & Spa is also nearby.

The villa is located mid way between Valencia & Alicante in the scenic area know as the Marina Alta, where miles of orange groves, vineyards and olive trees are set against the backdrop of mountains and the Mediterranean sea.

Javea’s Arenal area is within a 5 minute drive and is centred around a horseshoe shaped bay with a large gently sloping sandy beach and promenade with just about every type of bar and restaurant you could think of overlooking the bay. There are also a couple of disco’s and many late night bars catering for all ages and tastes. Beach facilities include Lifeguards, motor boat and jet ski hire, kayaks, sun beds, volley ball nets, children’s play areas, toilets, showers and facilities for the disabled.

Javea Port is a 20 minute walk north from the Arenal along the flat coastal road, with plenty of bars and restaurants to stop of at for refreshments on the way. The port area is lively all year round and has an lovely atmosphere that needs to be sampled to appreciate it. The Old Town is within easy reach and exploring it’s narrow winding streets and squares is a must

30 minutes drive brings you to Benidorm with its major attractions including Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Terra Natura Nature Park, The Mediterranean Casino and the famous Benidorm Palace. A short trip inland brings you to the Jalon Valley with it's vineyards, bodegas and large rustic Saturday market. Further inland you'll find the ancient fortress town of Guadalest and the Fonts de Algas waterfalls. There are golf courses in abundance with 3 within 5 - 20 minutes drive of the villa. The local beach is a couple of minute drive away.

Rental Policies

Prices are based on 10 sharing the bedrooms. The villa can sleep 12 and there is an additional charge of £35 per person per week for those hiring Z-beds (inclusive of linen and towles)
