Located on the beautiful resort of Cumbre del Sol, midway between Moraira and Javea, Casa Rosada offers the perfect location to relax and soak up the sun. The stylishly furnished villa consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom, twin bedroom, family bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen, dining room and air-conditioned living room with Satellite TV. The master bedroom, dining room and living room all lead to the spacious sun terrace with terrace furniture and fixed barbeque to enjoy 'Al Fresco' dining.

The nearby cascading infinity communal pools are available to use to cool off from the hot summer sun and there is a bistro & bar for refreshments. Within a 600m of the villa you'll find commercial centre Llirios, with bars, bank, restaurants and shops to enjoy. The other commercial centre on Cumbre del Sol is within a five minute drive and is home to an excellent supermarket and adjacent is the La Cumbre Restaurant and Bar with views to impress. Their huge pool can be used by all and the snack bar provides refreshments should you need them.

The villa is located mid way between Valencia & Alicante in the scenic area know as the Marina Alta, where miles of orange groves, vineyards and olive trees are set against the backdrop of Mountains and the Mediterranean sea.

30 minutes drive brings you to Benidorm with its major attractions including Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Terra Natura Nature Park, The Mediterranean Casino and the famous Benidorm Palace. A short trip inland brings you to the Jalon Valley with it's vineyards, bodegas and large rustic Saturday market. Further inland you'll find the ancient fortress town of Guadalest and the Fonts de Algas waterfalls.

There are golf courses in abundance with 3 within 5 - 20 minutes drive of the villa. The local beach is a couple of minute drive with the larger sandy beaches at Javea and Moraira within a 15 minute drive

Rental Policies

Prices are based on 4 sharing the bedrooms. The villa can sleep 6 and there is an additional charge of £20 per person per week for those using the sofa beds (inclusive of linen and towels)
