Located on the beautiful resort of Cumbre del Sol, midway between Moraira and Javea, this apartment offers the perfect location to relax, unwind and soak up the sun. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, fitted kitchen, air-conditioned living room. The large secluded sun terrace offers stunning panoramic views over Cumbre del Sol and the Mediterranean Sea

Adjacent to the apartment is a pair of communal cascading infinity pools. Within a 1km of the apartment you'll find commercial centre Llirios, with bars, bank, restaurants and shops to enjoy. The other commercial centre on Cumbre del Sol is within a five minute drive and is home to an excellent supermarket and adjacent is the La Cumbre Restaurant and Bar with views to that can’t fail to impress. Their huge pool can be used by all and the snack bar provides refreshments should you need them.

The apartment is located mid way between Valencia & Alicante in the scenic area know as the Marina Alta, where miles of orange groves, vineyards and olive trees are set against the backdrop of mountains and the Mediterranean sea.

30 minutes drive brings you to Benidorm with its major attractions including Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Terra Natura Nature Park, The Mediterranean Casino and the famous Benidorm Palace. A short trip inland brings you to the Jalon Valley with it's vineyards, bodegas and large rustic Saturday market. Further inland you'll find the ancient fortress town of Guadalest and the Fonts de Algas waterfalls. There are golf courses in abundance with 3 within 5 - 20 minutes drive of the apartment. The local beach is a couple of minute drive with the larger sandy beaches at Javea and Moraira within a 15 minute drive
