The newly built golf villa duplex in Show Low provides a variety of options on your vacation for you and your family/friends. It includes free, unlimited golf on Torreon's 27-hole private course for a family of four (2 adults/2 children under age 23)

Property Details

The 1972 sq ft home was built in August, 2006 amid the tall pines in Torreon Community. The home is tastefully decorated and includes 2 king beds, queen sofa sleeper, and 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. Cable TV, wireless internet access, washer/dryer, iron, grill, board games and family movies are just a few additional items to help make your stay perfect.
A community pool is located at the clubhouse and is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. There is fine dining and casual dining also available at the clubhouse. A children's recreational center is located on the property and features foosball, pool table, small arcade, ping pong, etc. Also in Torreon, there are sports courts, catch-and-release kids' fishing pond, kids' golf area and equestrian center.
Snow skiing is available at Ski Sunrise when weather permits, approx 45 minutes away.
Golf is available from April 1 through Thanksgiving Day weekend. Cart fees are not included with the membership transfer.

2 night minimum stay required. Refundable security deposit of $200 needed to book your stay. $75 cleaning deposit required.
