Antique shops and art galleries are just a short walk away. Wineries are a short 10 minute drive away. Enjoy the Art Deco architecture that Napier is famous for. Award winning golf course a short distance away. Apartment has been rated between 9 and 10 by our renters. All have said they would recommend us and rent again.

Rental Policies

10% deposit, full payment 30 days prior to occupancy or at time of booking if less than 30 days. One night rental fee for cancellation with less than days prior to occupancy.
