The second level: Master bedroom has a new queen bed with its own private balcony that has spectacular gulf views between units and to the right. There is also a full bath, TV/DVD. The second bedroom has twin beds, priate bath, TV, seperate roll away bed and balcony overlooking the complex. The washer and dryer is also located on the second level. You are just steps away from the clubhouse pool that overlooks the Gulf or just down the hill is the second pool and tennis courts. You'll be able to sit out on the deck and enjoy spectacular sunsets!

Barrier Dunes is adjacent to the St. Joseph State Park where you can enjoy biking, snorkeling, birdwatching, hiking, boating, fishing and just enjoy Mother Nature at her best! Also, just steps away is one of the most Pristine bays in the Continental United States, St. Joe Bay is known for its scallops and its wildlife. Its just like being in your own aquarium, you may spot a loggerhead turtle, porposies, stingray, or an eagle catching his dinner!

This unit also comes with complete access to the Bay at the famous Old Saltwork Cabins, they also have kayaks and canoes.
