This villa is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental home in south Clermont, Florida. It's particularly set up for two families traveling together, as it has two large master bedrooms with en-suite baths. It's located only 20 minutes from Disney World.

Be our guest, be our guest, and put our service to the test! Please let us welcome you to our Disney-area "Princess Palace" where you'll find that the accommodations are fit for a princess! You'll be thrilled with these luxury accommodations that sleep 12 people comfortably, yet oh so close to the mouse with the big ears! This spacious home features not just one, but two large master bedroom suites, complete with their own huge private bathrooms. We've completely upgraded the bedding in all five bedrooms, including sumptuous 1000 thread-count Egyptian sheets and ensemble in the main master bedroom and then we've made similar upgrades in the second master bedroom. The main master bedroom even has a huge walk-in closet and an optional safe that can be rented in case you have valuables that you wish to store. All mattresses are above average in quality to insure those Disney dream-filled nights. There are even extra sheets, pillows, and comforters in each bedroom area. The bathrooms also have an ample supply of towels so that you'll have extras for out at the pool.

The second master bedroom enjoyed a similar upgrade. You'll love the feel of our 400 thread-count Egyptian cotten sheets & comforter ensemble. In the corner under the TV we just added a day bed/crib for your infant or toddler. It's equipped with an upgraded Sealy mattress & mattress pad, along with Disney "Princess" sheets. The crib is on wheels and movable. We suggest that you move it before using it even though we've firmly mounted the TV to a wall stand above the crib. It's always better to err on the side of caution.

This home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected after each guest departs the home and you'll find it impeccably clean upon your arrival.

We haven't forgotten the children either. Your "little princesses" can choose from two Disney "Princess-themed" bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a full size bed. For your "little racers" we have a Disney "Cars-themed" bedroom featuring two twin beds with all the appropriate decorations that's sure to thrill any junior "Cars" enthusiast. All bedrooms have extra-large closet areas and dresser drawers for ample storage of clothing.

We also recently added brand-new Magnavox 24" combination TV/VCR/DVD units to each and every bedroom. This way everyone in the family can watch whatever program they desire, or they can simply visit the brand-new Super Wal-Mart just a mile away and pick up the latest DVD movie. All TV combination units are mounted off the floor on special stands that keep the sets out of everyone's way. In addition, all sets have front-mounted AV jacks for easy video game hook-up.

You'll also be pleased to know that we recently had high-speed wireless Internet service installed and if you bring your laptop, you'll be surfing the net in no time. There are two portable play pens, two baby strollers, and a high chair if needed. A large-capacity washer and dryer is on-site and we made sure that there are numerous board games available for the children.

NEWS FLASH: We just completed installing a Vizio 52" wide-screen LCD HDTV & an HD DVD player in the living room. We also had a digital converter installed at the same time so that you my now view many TV channels in full 1080i High Definition. In fact, the picture is so sharp that you may never want to leave the couch!

Finally, we converted the garage to a game room. You now have your choice of playing pool, foosball, air hockey, or ping pong. Enjoy any or all of these fine amenities.

The kitchen in this beautiful Disney-themed vacation home is equipped with all the comforts of home including a table and four chairs, dish washer, microwave oven, electric range and large-capacity refrigerator/freezer. All the kitchen amenities that you need are also there, such as a toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposer, full set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, etc. Of course, all necessary linens for the home are provided, as well as dish towels and dish rags. There is a larger dining room table with chairs adjacent to the kitchen to accomodate larger groups.

The 15' X 30' heated pool is inviting and will accomodate an entire family. Pool heating is optional and is available for $125, plus tax, per week, or any portion of a week. There's nothing like soaking in a warm pool after a full day of chasing the kids around one of the local theme parks! Pool heating is normally needed only from November through February. For the protection of the children, all pool access doors are alarmed as a precaution.

Finally, please note that we require a $300 booking fee to be paid when reserving the home and the remainder of the rent is due 30 days prior to check-in. The sales and lodging tax combined is 11% and this is added to all rental amounts. There is also a $80 (plus tax) cleaning fee for all stays less than 7 nights. Upon your arrival, you'll check in with the management company. There they will register you and "authorize" a $250 security deposit on your credit card. This authorization expires automatically in about 30 days assuming no damage to the house or contents.

Our rentals run from Saturday check-in at 4:00 PM to the following Saturday check-out at 11:00 AM, but we will make exceptions to this policy as required whenever possible. Please see our Rentors.org calendar first to verify your requested dates before contacting us.

Upon booking the home a rental agreement will be emailed for your approval. We request that you sign it and mail it back with a check for the booking fee within 7 days. Booking fee/rent can also be paid via PayPal only using your credit card (4% fee applies).

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November, & December the "low season" rent is $119/night. For the summer months of June, July, & August the "mid season" rent is $129/night. Spring Break, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving & all major holidays the "high season" rent is $139/night (except Christmas & New Year's which is $149/night). All prices are plus 11% sales & lodging taxes. A cleaning fee of $80 (plus tax) will be added to all stays less than 7 nights in duration. Pool heat is added to the rental cost during the months of October through April at the rate of $125/week (plus tax), or portion of a week. Credit card payments are accepted via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee added to the total.
