Property comprises of Front tiled garden with trees sit around in the sun with a bottle of local wine, driveway for one car. Upon entering the ground floor apartment you come into the lounge area of which is bright and fresh. Enjoy lounging on the sofa while watching the sky tv package and the kids play in the garden with toys of which you can hire at a small charge. The kitchen area is american style so you can relax while cooking knowing you can see and be with the family. Throw the laundry in the washing machine out the back and close the doors so you can relax and not be disturbed with the noise and know that you do not have any laundry to do on your return home. Bathroom has a bath shower and toilet etc bedrooms aer one twin room with patio doors leading to a private area for you to sit and bask in the sunshine without been disturbed, if you get a little cool or a little warm at a switch of a button you can control the temperature with the hot and cold air con, Relax sit back and enjoy. if you fancy a dip have a walk a couple of houses on to the communal pool

Rental Policies

The apartment will not be let to groups of young people under the age of 25 unless they are coming as families with children. I would require a list of those intending to stay with dates of birth, those not on the list may be refused the right to stay. Single sex groups would also need confirmation by owner golfing groups are accepted.

Arrival Times

From 12pm to 9pm Please contact me regarding arrivals later than 9pm as they can be arranged at a small fee.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

No minimum stay,
25% holding deposit to be paid within 5 days
100€ returnable key and damage deposit to be paid in advance or on arrival, this will be credited back to yourself within 5 working days after departure
