As you walk through the front door and into the expansive living room of this Caribbean home rental, you’re treated to an impressive panoramic view of the ocean… crystal clear, turquoise waters as far as the eye can see! Our Turks and Caicos villa representative will orient you to the house, help you with arranging activities like diving or day excursions, and answer any questions you may have.

$4,900.00 to $6,200.00 per week

At Sunset Point Villa your rental includes a private swimming pool and huge sun deck, four spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and unbeatable ocean views, a game room with big screen TV and DVD collection, plus an impressive list of amenities featuring free high-speed wireless internet access. Not to mention tons of living space!

For about the same price you could book two small rooms at a crowded hotel or condo complex.

Weekly villa rates are:

Jan 06 - Apr 28, 2007 ... $5950/wk
Apr 28 - Dec 15, 2007 ... $4900/wk
Dec 15 - Jan 05, 2008 ... $7200/wk
Jan 05 - Apr 26, 2008 ... $6200/wk

Bookings for the Christmas holidays require a two week minimum.

Rental rates are for the entire villa. A portion of all rental receipts will be donated to the Red Cross.

Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 10% Government Accommodations Tax will be added to total.

Payments can be made by check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
