A lovely, beautifully furnished and equipped property in the renowned private resort of Playas d Fornells. Set alongside the sea and surrounded by lush tropical gardens with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean from the terrace.

Property Details

This exquisite first floor property overlooks the pool and gardens on one side and the sea and coastline from the other. It has an open plan kitchen area with full size hob, a combi oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining table and chairs and is extensively equipped to include microwave, toaster etc.
The light & airy lounge has two comfy sofa’s, satellite TV with DVD player and a hi-fi system and full width French windows that open onto a good sized covered terrace complete with terrace furniture and stunning views of the sea and coastline. The main bedroom is spacious and fully furnished to include a fully fitted wardrobe, queen size bed and picture window with wonderful views of the sea and coast. The second bedroom has two divan single beds, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, the window overlooks the gardens and the pool. Both bedrooms have oscillating fans for those barmy nights.
In the fully tiled bathroom there is a full size bath and overhead shower as well as a sink and WC. There is also available for the guests, games, books and a selection of music CD’s and DVD’s.
Outside, the tropical gardens and full size pool are enclosed by open lawns as well as open sun terraces.

Playas de Fornells is in the National Park and is also a wildlife conservation area. The local fishing village of Fornells is famous throughout Spain for its fish restaurants and sea front bars and patronage by the Spanish king.

It is believed to be one of ythe most beautiful resorts in the Medietrranean as well as one of the most tranquil.
