4 Bedroom - 3 Bathroom Gated Community Townhouse in Venetian Bay Village, Kissimmee, FL- Free Wireless Internet- 8 miles to Disney, 15 minutes to Universal.

We are located in a Gated Resort Community with a Private Lake, Recreation/Fitness Center, 4 Pools, Playgrounds, Tennis Court, Volleyball, Basketball, Picnic Areas, Game Room with pool table, air hockey, pinball and video machines and children’s movie theater - on site, Business Center with wireless high-speed Internet, computers and printers for guest use, and an On-Site Car Wash facility.

Our 1470 sq. ft. Townhouse includes a main floor bedroom (handicap accessible) with a King size bed, private bath/Jacuzzi, TV and DVD. The Living area, with Free Wireless Internet, has cable TV, & VCR, two sofa (one sofa pulls out for a Full size sleeper bed), a slider door to outside wrap-around covered porch and ample room to stretch out after a full day at the Disney parks. Our Dining and Kitchen areas come fully supplied with appliances, dishes, silverware and all eating/cooking utensils needed to cook in (to save money) or to bring back from a take out place. We supply a Washer and Dryer and outside folding chairs, basketball, volleyball and tennis rackets/balls all supplied for your free use.
The Upper level has three bedrooms. The Main upper bedroom has a TV, a Queen size bed, dressers and includes private bath. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds each, TV’s and dressers. One of these has the PS2 game system for your kids to play their own PlayStation games or watch DVD's. An additional Bathroom is located on this upper level (hairdryer and iron & board is supplied).
The townhouse is fully furnished in tasteful decorations, wood furniture and all the kitchen, sleeping and cooking materials you may need to eat in (to save money) or if yu go out to a restaurant the famous Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway/W. Vine Street) is 1 block away for many eat out restaurants and even more take out places. The community is located blocks away from a “Super Wal-Mart Center”, “Super Target Shopping Center” and “BJ’s” store.

We are close to all Disney World Parks, Sea World, discovery Cove, Universal Studio/Islands of Adventure, Gatorland Park, Medieval Times Dinner Theater and many other Orlando attractions. We are located between Osceola Parkway and Route 192 (Bronson Memorial Highway) for easy access to Route 4, Orlando International Airport and all Orlando attractions.

Rental Policy

A 13% resort fee tax must be added.
A $300.00 security deposit is required.
A Cleaning Fee of $90.00 if less than a 5 night stay, for 5 or more nights no charge for Cleaning.
