$350 deposit required. Fully refundable within 15 days of departure. DAMAGES CAUSED BY ABUSE OR VANDALISM WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. Flat rates all year. All reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. If booking is canceled 30 days or more, prior to reservation start date, deposits will be returned. If a booking is canceled less than 30 days prior to the reservation start date, the deposit is non-refundable, but may be rescheduled. Money will not be refunded if reservations need to be reschedule due to natural causes.
