Exit 28 toward Pinellas Park/Seminole. FL-694 W becomes Park Blvd N.
Take the SR-600 N ramp toward Indian Rocks Beach. Take a slight right
onto Gulf Blvd/FL-699 N.

Rental Policy

*** Check out time is by 12:00 noon, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties to extend on agreement.

The tenant may chose to terminate the rental agreement at any time, however, a penalty of 20% of the rental balance will be assessed and security deposit will not be returned . No part of the rent shall be returned if the tenants should depart prior to the end of their rental agreement
