Mas St Pierre has been completely renovated and has a gas-fired hot water and central heating system. With walls of more than a metre thick, the house is warm in winter and cool in summer and for those cool evenings there is a log burning fire.
Inside the property
Lounge
Mas St Pierre is a traditional stone Mas. The walls of the lounge are exposed stone and the ceilings are of Provencal exposed timbers and beams. The Hall has a large open fireplace and is open plan with a lounge and large dining room.
All the furniture is either new or antique and of excellent quality, the style selected to compliment the Provencal style of the Mas.
TV Room
Stone walls and massive timbers give a cosy feeling to this room which has a Surround Sound DVD system, 32" Flatscreen LCD TV, VCR, Hi-fi, CD Player and Satellite TV.
Kitchen
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with an Extensive range of home comforts including dishwasher, microwave, 5 ring gas range with electric oven, an American frige/freezer and a breakfast table and chairs.
The Utility room has a washing machine, sink, fridge/freezer, a wc and basin.

Mas St Pierre boasts 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 adults plus 1 infant (1 travel cot). The accommodation is divided into the following...

Mas St Pierre has 1 bathroom and 1 shower room both with very modern taps, sanitary ware and wcs.
Bed linen and towels are supplied and are changed once a week for rentals of more than one week, which is included in the rental price.
There is a burglar alarm which is linked to a local security company.
Outside the property
Pool
The new large 14m x 7m pool has been installed with a fully automated non-chlorine system. It is situated below the front of the house in a secluded area. There are 8 sun loungers for your relaxation. The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
Under the ‘Raffarin’ law for the security of swimming pools, the pool is secured by the safest method of a locked gate, a tasteful wrought iron fence and a stone wall (much safer than pool alarms!).
Gardens
The land covers an area of 8,000 sq m, a good proportion of which is landscaped with grass and flowers. Mas St Pierre has an automatic garden sprinkler system which is fed from a covered well in the garden. As a result the garden is green throughout the year with an abundance of brightly coloured flowers.
Gardens surround the house, with large terraces overlooking the valley to the SE, with outside dining facilities, including a gas barbecue and teak outside furniture. The remainder of the lower grounds comprises of an ancient olive grove and grassland. Ideal for children to run wild and play games. There is a covered carport parking area. For added security, the entrance to the villa is via an automatic iron gate.
The house is on a slope and therefore there is some unfenced 2m high terracing, small children may need to be supervised.
Changeover day is usually a Saturday.
PAYMENT: A deposit cheque/transfer for 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date.
A bond/security deposit is also taken to cover telephone and any breakages.
Final check-out cleaning will be charged at GBP 120.00.
Heating in winter will be charged on a usage basis.
