Availability Calendar

Rental Policies

Reservations must be made with a valid credit card by someone 24 years of age or older who has signed a vacation rental agreement. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the reservation amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance, including a $300.00 refundable security deposit, is due 45 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 45 days in advance, full payment including security deposit is required at the time of booking.



CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged a $150.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 45 days from the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full rent amount. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected travel delays and/or medical issues.



CHECK IN

CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00 PM. The premises are equipped with an electronic keypad to gain access. A valid keypad code will be provided to Guest within 48 hours of arrival. Early check in times may be permitted if the property has been cleaned and is ready for occupancy and prior approval has been obtained.



CHECK OUT

CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM. Cleaning and maintenance crews are working hard to have the home ready for the next guests. Please be respectful of this time.
