This property is centrally located; a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house is just down the street from playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and skateboard coarse and shopping. Walking distance to convenience stores several restaurants. The house is fully equipped DVD,VCR players, upgraded cable, Dishwasher,Mocrowave,Pots,Pans, Dishes, Silverware,and small appliances. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and there is a seperate laundry room with washer and dryer. We welcome our guests and hope you enjoy your stay here. We have many guests that return year after year. Rental Policies

$200.00 deposit, payment in full 2 weeks prior to occupancy. Security Deposit is due upon arrival.
