Thank you for your inquiry. Our house is located 30 seconds from the sand on a beautiful piece of beach in Ocean Beach on the border of Seaview. The house has 5 to 6 bedrooms and is bi-level. All the beds are in great condition. The home comes with all sheets, pillowcases and comforters. Two of the bedrooms are geared for couples with queen or full beds. Other bedrooms have 2 single beds in each that can be combined if necessary. 1 bedroom has 3 single beds with 10 windows and is a suite all to itself. Bedrooms have closets and chest of drawers for clothing storage The maid cleans the home before and after your stay with optional additional cleaning during the week. The living room is very large with great couch space. There is also a separate sunlit sunroom with cozy couches and chairs perfect for relaxing with a good book or just taking an afternoon nap. We have a wrap around deck and the back of the deck is very private and up high with beautiful trees around it. Listen to the waves as they wash onto the beach only steps from this home. The deck features a couple of tables, chairs and lounge furniture with cushions. Of course the Weber BBQ is always ready for a great cookout. There is a very large and well stocked kitchen with new oven, new dishwasher, microwave, silverware, dishes, cups, bowls, glasses, paper products, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.

There is a brand new washer and dryer with laundry detergent for your use.

All the modern conveniences including maid service, telephone, stereo, DVD, SAT TV, VCR, video library, working fireplace, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and an outdoor shower as well. The large dining room and dining room table holds 10 people. If you are interested, please give me a call as soon as possible. This home sells out quickly.
