Property Details

Niro's Place is a new exclusive beach house at Galu Beach. It has 4 spacious airconditionned bedrooms with ceilingfan and moskitonets. Every room has its private bathroom and balconny, vieuw on the Indian Ocean.
There is a fully equiped kitchen however we recommand you to hire our personal cheff cook! Niro's Place has a big veranda that invites you to take your meals outside.
The villa has two saloons, one with satelite TV, radio and dvd player and one quiet readingcorner with games for children such as books, chess and battle ship. There are also table tennis, darts, tennis, badmington, bals and two snorkling glases.
There is a big terrace from 7 to 16m between the house and the swimmingpool! The tilled swimmingpool of 6m to 13m is surrounded by a tropical garden with a lot of big cocnot trees.
Niro's Place is a realy dreamhouse with direct acces to the loveley beach. KARIBU!!! WELCOME!!!

Rental Policy

A deposit of 50% is request at the moment of reservation. The ballance is payable 60 days before arrival. A guarantee amount of 600euro has to be paid 60 days before arrival and is returend within 8 days afther leaving the house and afther inventory.
