Experience all the charm of Puerto Vallarta at Casa Arbol de Limon ('House of the Lemon Tree') - our very affordable condominiums in the heart of Zona Romantica (also known as 'Old Town'). I am from Vancouver (Canada) and purchased these charming studios in 2006. We are located on a very quiet street that is minutes from restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and the famous Los Muertos beach. Why spend your vacation taking taxi's between your hotel and Old Town (many people are surprised to find that their hotel in Puerto Vallarta is far from town),or paying well over $100 a night for a basic room in Old Town (see the more info page on why we chose this location)

Los Muertos Beach and Rizo's (the local supermarket) are each within an easy ten minute stroll through cobblestone streets lined with gourmet restaurants, sidewalk cafes, unique shops, and bars and restaurants of every kind. You will experience the warmth and vibrancy of the Mexican culture in a safe and gay friendly neighborhood. We are situated at the base of the mountain so you will not have to contend with the endless steps or steep hills common to adjacent neighborhoods.

All of our suites offer kitchens, satellite TV, telephones (with free calls to Canada and the US), WIFI, and air conditioning. They each have their own character so we invite you to explore which one best suits your needs. They are professionally managed by Vallarta Sunset Properties. Our condo's do not have views or a pool, however we do provide you with a peaceful and comfortable retreat in the heart of Old Town Vallarta. For the price of a drink or two, you will be welcomed to use the pools at some nearby hotels if you prefer a pool over the beach. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Now for the best news, the current rates (they are this low because we want to build up a clientele as we are new owners).
